What we keep

• Your mobile number, which you prove with a code. We store it encrypted and use it to recognise you and, if you agree, to contact you.
• Your name and what you tell us you want: city, budget, bedrooms, how you plan to buy.
• Homes and projects you save or like.
• What you do while you use PropDada: which projects, homes, videos and plans you look at, what you search for (with phone numbers, emails and links removed), what you save, and when you tap to call or message. It is tied to a random code for your browser, and to your account once you sign in.
• A record of what you agreed to and when.

Why we record your visit

So we can see what helps people find a home, tailor what you are shown, and understand how interested you are in what you asked us about. Using PropDada means agreeing to this, as the terms say. It is not sold and it is not shared with builders or partner callers.

WhatsApp updates

Messages about homes and offers I may like. Off unless you turn it on.

SMS updates

Text messages about homes and offers I may like. Off unless you turn it on.

Phone calls

Let a PropDada advisor call me about homes I showed interest in. Off unless you turn it on.

Share with builders

Pass my details to the builder of a project I enquire about. Off unless you turn it on.

Your rights

When you are signed in, the Your account section of the You page lets you download everything we hold, change each choice above, or erase your account. Erasing removes your number, name, profile and shortlist. We keep only the record of what you agreed to, which holds no personal details.

Before you sign in

Your choices (your profile and shortlist) stay in this browser until you sign in. What you do on the site is recorded against a random code for your browser. When you sign in, what your browser did before joins your account.
