1. What PropDada shows. Homes, floor plans, prices and offers are shown as supplied and checked by PropDada. Prices and offers can change; the booking agreement decides. A price shown here is not an offer to sell.
2. Your account. You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone safe. Tell us if you lose it.
3. What you tell us. Give true information. We use it as described in the privacy notice.
4. Measured plans. Plans show room outlines as measured. Room areas on a plan are not RERA carpet area; the RERA carpet area is the one in the agreement.
5. What we record when you use PropDada. We record what you do on the site and in the app: the projects, homes, videos and floor plans you look at, what you search for, what you save, like or share, and when you tap to call or message. We use it to see what helps people, to tailor what you are shown, and so that our team can see how interested you are in what you asked us about. We do not record your name or number from this; those are only what you give us in a form or when you sign in. Phone numbers, emails and links typed into the search box are removed before it is kept. By using PropDada you agree to this. You can download or erase what we hold about you from the You page.
6. Leaving. You can erase your account at any time from the You page.
